SCARRED RIB KNIT TANK 

Crafted from a lightweight, subtly open-gauge archived rib-knit fabric.

Rather than finishing the edges with conventional stitching, they are intentionally treated with fire. The irregular, wavering outline and delicate discoloration created by the scorching process evoke the fragile texture of a page removed from an aged book.

The lightweight fabric rests softly against the body, while the raw, scorched edges introduce a contrasting sense of tension to the otherwise minimal silhouette.

Each piece is individually scorched by hand, resulting in variations in the shape, color, and markings along the edges. Available in limited quantities due to the finite amount of archived fabric.

わずかにローゲージで編まれた、薄手のアーカイブリブニット生地を使用したタンクトップ。

通常のように縁を縫って整えるのではなく、あえて火による焦がし加工を施しています。焼けて波打つ不均一な輪郭と繊細な変色によって、古びた本から切り離された一ページのような、儚く時間を帯びた質感を表現しました。

身体に柔らかく馴染む軽やかな生地と、焦げ跡の残る荒々しい縁。相反する二つの表情が、シンプルなリブニットタンクに静かな緊張感を与えています。

焦がし加工は一点ずつ手作業で施しているため、縁の形状や色、焦げ跡の表情には個体差があります。使用しているアーカイブ生地の残量に限りがあるため、数量限定での制作となります。

An elasticated waistband provides an easy, unrestricted fit. The lightweight fabric rests softly against the body, while the raw, scorched hem introduces a contrasting sense of tension to the minimal silhouette.
