RELIC CORSET & BUSTLE SKIRT
A one-of-a-kind corset constructed from antique lace and satin, inspired by the fragile grandeur of rare Victorian-era dresses.

Preserving the aged character of the delicate lace, the materials have been reconstructed into a sculptural form that traces and reshapes the body. Existing somewhere between garment and object, the piece evokes the remains of an old dress carried forward through time.

The corset and skirt are separate pieces, but can be styled together as shown to create the appearance of a complete dress. It may also be displayed on a dress form as a sculptural object.

アンティークレースとサテン生地を用い、ヴィクトリア期の貴重なドレスをイメージして制作した一点もののコルセット。

繊細なレースの経年した表情を残しながら、身体のラインをかたどる構築的なフォルムへと再構成しています。古いドレスの一部が時を越えて残されたような、衣服とオブジェの間に存在する作品です。

スカートとコルセットはそれぞれ独立したアイテムですが、写真のように組み合わせることで、一着のドレスのように着用できます。また、トルソーに着せ、彫刻的なオブジェとして空間に飾ることもできます。
